Our strength is that we do have several different concepts enabling us to offer fashion for everyone, from basic fashion to latest fashion.

But the worst for women. The one on Powell is overpicked and super crowded-but they compensate by always bringing out more clothes to the floor. The one on Post is the quietest, but the most organized and has all the latest styles and trends. I walked in the other day and they still had heavy overcoats and pants on display at the front.

And no, it wasn't their 'clearance' rack. Have they forgotten what season it is? Maybe the lack of windows to the outside is making them forget.

I was so shocked that I didn't ask any questions and left. But where does in the policy state that a store won't accept return of an order paid for with a gift card? How does that make any sense? Had a really great shopping experience here over the weekend. Visited the city for my bday and heard this location has a pretty good selection for men.

Although the store was pretty busy, I was greeted by staff and received the help I needed. One of the associates Will did an awesome job helping us out. Great persona and a fashion sense made a difficult shopper like me easier. Definitely will be back on my next trip. Not only she demand me to put my clothes back like I work there but also she yelled at me when I went out and blame me that I took off the shoes lock when I tried them on. You know human feet are not attached together. Demanding your customer do your job isn't bad enough. Won't shop there again.

Someone did a return and it took so long. Is there not 1 other person to spare for register? This is pretty average though. They say it takes a "little longer" for Hawaii orders No estimated delivery time, the tracking info has stopped at one location and now there's no way to track it or find out how long it will take. I've called customer service numerous times and no one has answers nor is willing to help me cancel the order and get a refund. They told me I just have to wait I love shopping here. Approaching the register listening to employees talk about other employees and managers as well as how busy it is and not greet you or even make eye contact is by far the worse customer experience you can can provide. No matter the season, busy or not, this is the behavior of all employees at the register.

Really says a lot about the leadership and the brand to not teach their employees a better level of service. Starting with asking an employee to pull an item from a mannequin, and the employee refused, and only took it after calling a manager, continuing to going to the register, with cashiers talking to each other, while ringing your purchases, and not paying any attention to you.

I drove out to San Francisco to shop at this location, and will never do so again. I'm literally feeling nauseous immediately after walking in. With such a prime location, one would think they could afford air conditioning or even a fan. Where do I begin. After the manager allowed a customer to berate his employee and also tell me to shut up and assault me he continued to hear her out.

While I should have called the police, I felt the manager should have removed the older lady from the store. What was appalling is that the young man was so scared because he felt he was going to get in trouble because he didn't fold her items correctly.

Management needs to do a better job of training their employees and not allowing customers to act as if they are one step away from a psychiatric evaluation.

It was hotter inside the store than it was outside. Seriously can't even have circulated air. Was so hot in there I couldn't even shop. So glad Uniqlo is right across the street. I like being able to breathe while I'm looking around the store. Someone needs to do something about the staff at this store.

I visited this store while on vacation and the woman I assumed who was the store manager was doing stock.
